Individual therapy provides a supportive, confidential space to explore personal challenges, emotions, and goals. Through collaborative work, it helps build insight, coping skills, and meaningful change to improve overall well-being.
Couples therapy helps partners improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen emotional connection. By identifying unhelpful patterns and building healthier ways of relating, couples can foster greater trust, understanding, and intimacy.
Family therapy focuses on improving communication, understanding, and connection within the family system. By working together to address patterns that contribute to conflict or distress, families can build healthier relationships and more effective ways of supporting one another.
Therapy
Available therapy sessions are listed here. I utilize a combination of below therapy modalities to help foster insight, build resilience, and support sustainable personal growth.
Therapy Modalities

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps you identify and change unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that contribute to distress. By learning practical skills and coping strategies, CBT supports lasting improvements in mood, anxiety, and daily functioning.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based therapy that helps you build skills to manage intense emotions, cope with distress, and improve relationships. DBT combines practical strategies with mindfulness and acceptance to support emotional balance, resilience, and meaningful change.
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy helps you understand how past experiences and unconscious patterns influence your thoughts, emotions, and relationships in the present. By increasing insight and emotional awareness, it supports deeper, lasting change and improved self-understanding.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based approach that uses guided eye movements and voluntary imagery replacement to help the brain process distressing experiences safely and efficiently. ART reduces the emotional impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, and other concerns—often without requiring clients to relive or verbally recount painful memories. Unlike other therapies, ART work more quickly in about 1-6 sessions on average to achieve significant symptom relief.

Motivational interviewing is a collaborative style of conversation that helps you explore your own reasons for change. Instead of telling you what to do, I ask guided questions that support your confidence, clarity, and motivation to move toward the goals that matter to you.
